Returns & Exchanges

At Nunvra, our Returns and Exchanges policy is designed to ensure complete security and satisfaction for our customers across Europe. All our products come with a manufacturing defect warranty and can be exchanged if they differ from what was ordered.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or different from your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us, providing your ID number (CPF or NIF for European customers), order number, the product to be returned, and a description of the issue.

  2. Your request will be reviewed by our quality department, which will authorize the exchange if applicable.

  3. Requests for exchanges due to defects must be made within 90 days of receiving the product. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

After evaluation, we will respond within 7 business days, and you can choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a refund for the amount paid.

  • Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.

  • Receive a product of similar value.

  • Receive a coupon for the product value to use on future purchases.

According to consumer protection regulations, cancellation requests for online purchases must be made within 7 business days after receiving the product. Credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, with the final amount returning to your card depending on the card provider (up to 120 days).

Bank account refunds will be processed within 10 business days after quality approval and only to the account associated with the same ID used for the purchase.

Products returned without prior notice, past the deadline, or with missing/different items, tags, or invoices will be sent back to the customer, and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Rejected exchanges by the quality department follow the same rule.

Attention: Nunvra is not responsible for shipping costs for returns, refunds, or exchanges — these expenses are the customer’s responsibility.
